I lost my password. What do I do?

Check the Login Page,.... next to the Password Box is the "forgot password" link. You can click that and your password will be sent to your email.

Can I change my username?

Yes, go to your Profile...and where it says * Display Name: Just type in the name you want to use and click save.

Something is wrong with my private messages and I can't send or receive.

Be sure and go into your "Outbox" and empty out all the old messages. There's no "sent box" here....just an outbox...and it has to be cleaned out from time to time.

Where is the shop and how can I buy those little things in the mini profile?

Look under your profile and you will see the shop. You can buy things when you make money/blossoms by posting, entering contests, etc.
